Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when you use FleetyFit to manage your rental fleet.

Use of service

By accessing or using FleetyFit, you agree to these terms. FleetyFit provides software for managing vehicle rentals, including bookings, fleet records, guest communication, payments, and related tools. We may update, improve, or change features from time to time, and we will aim to keep the service available and reliable, although uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that is used in a way that harms the service or other users.

Payments and subscriptions

Where FleetyFit offers paid plans or subscriptions, the applicable fees, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown at sign-up or purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and you agree to provide accurate billing information. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, and you may cancel a subscription so that it does not renew for the next period.

Acceptable use

You agree to use FleetyFit lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not misuse the service, attempt to access it without authorization, interfere with its operation, upload harmful content, or use it to mislead renters, process unlawful transactions, or violate the rights of others. Rental operators remain responsible for their own rental agreements, pricing, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of liability

FleetyFit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FleetyFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from rental transactions, vehicle damage, or the actions of renters or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date as appropriate. Continued use of FleetyFit after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
